Shipping & Returns
At McMillanFloors, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
To qualify for a refund, items must be:
- In good condition
- In their original, unopened packaging
- Complete with all paperwork, parts, and accessories
Returns will not be accepted after 90 days—no exceptions.
You are responsible for all shipping charges (both to and from you).
Please note that our actual shipping costs may be higher than the discounted rates shown at checkout.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Moldings and accessories (e.g., foam underlay, glue)
- Excess product that wasn’t used
- Installed flooring (once installed, it’s non-refundable)
