At McMillanFloors, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping costs).
Return Eligibility

To qualify for a refund, items must be:

  • In good condition
  • In their original, unopened packaging
  • Complete with all paperwork, parts, and accessories

Returns will not be accepted after 90 days—no exceptions.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all shipping charges (both to and from you).

Please note that our actual shipping costs may be higher than the discounted rates shown at checkout.

Ineligible Items For Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Moldings and accessories (e.g., foam underlay, glue)
  • Excess product that wasn’t used
  • Installed flooring (once installed, it’s non-refundable)

Returns will not be accepted after 90 days—no exceptions.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders that have not yet departed our warehouse may be canceled without penalty.

If an order is canceled after it has shipped or while in transit, you are responsible for all shipping charges in full, including both the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost.

Refusal of delivery or cancellation of an in-transit shipment will be treated as a cancellation after shipment, and the same shipping charges will apply.

Backorder dates are estimates and are not guaranteed ship dates. Backordered products may become available slightly earlier or later than originally estimated.

If you are not ready to receive your order within a flexible delivery window, please notify us before the product becomes available to ship. Once a backordered item is released for shipment, it will be treated like any other order.

If a backordered order is canceled after it has shipped, is in transit, or is refused at delivery, you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges. A restocking fee may also apply.
